Our construction, consultation, design, and related services are governed by the written contract you sign with us. Timelines depend on weather, municipal approvals, and material availability.
4. Payments
Payments follow the milestone schedule in your contract. Late payment may pause work. All amounts are in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and subject to applicable VAT.
5. Warranty
We provide a 10-year structural warranty and additional workmanship warranties as set out on our Warranty page and in your contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the contract you have with us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rupandehi District, unless the contract specifies arbitration.
