Every Ghar Banaune Company home is delivered with a written warranty. Here's exactly what's covered.
Structural (10 years)
Foundation, columns, beams, slabs, and load-bearing walls against defects in design or workmanship.
Waterproofing (5 years)
Roof, terrace, and wet-area waterproofing against leaks caused by our workmanship.
Workmanship (2 years)
Plaster, tiling, joinery, painting, and finishing installed by our team.
Fixtures (1 year)
Electrical wiring, plumbing lines, and fittings we install, subject to manufacturer terms.
How to claim
- Contact us in writing (email or WhatsApp) describing the issue with photos.
- Our engineer will inspect within 7 working days at no cost to you.
- If the defect falls under warranty, we repair it at our expense — parts and labour included.
What's not covered
- Damage from natural disasters beyond design load (e.g. earthquakes above the design PGA).
- Alterations, extensions, or repairs done by third parties after handover.
- Normal wear-and-tear, cosmetic settlement cracks, and finishes past their warranty term.
- Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or lack of routine maintenance.
