Yes. Non-Resident Nepalis (NRNs) build homes in Nepal remotely every year. You appoint a trusted local representative or grant a limited power of attorney, and we handle design approval, municipal permits, procurement, labour and supervision — with weekly photo and video reporting so you can follow every stage from the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, the Middle East or Europe.
How do I send money to build a house in Nepal from abroad?
Most NRN clients transfer funds to a Nepali bank account (their own or a family member's) through formal banking or licensed remittance channels, then pay us stage-by-stage against a fixed-price contract and signed Bill of Quantities. We never ask for a lump-sum advance — payments are released only when a construction milestone is verified.
How do I know the work is really being done correctly?
Every project has a licensed civil engineer on site, and you receive weekly progress reports with dated photos, video walkthroughs, material delivery receipts and a live checklist against the BOQ. You can also request a live video call from the site at any stage, including footing, column casting, slab casting and finishing.

How long does it take to build a house in Nepal?
A typical 2 to 3 storey family home takes 10 to 16 months from permit approval to handover, depending on size, finishing level and monsoon timing. Design and municipal approval usually adds 1 to 3 months before construction starts.
